A word to our customers

The Entire automobile Industry, from Manufacturer to Dealers, has changed the way they do business. The New General Motors Company has shed many of the bad habits and so have intelligent Dealers. The industry no longer relies on gimmicks, over inflated prices to show false "big discounts", or stripped down models to lure folks in the door.

In our new vehicles, one of the most important differences is the way General Motors prices their vehicles. Gone are the days when there were large mark-ups and inflated prices. In order to be competitive in a market where the pricing is readily available, simple value pricing is the policy. Consumers enjoy most all the information they need at the click of a button, General Motors knows and builds a superior product that is not over priced. Now, rather than negotiate over price, the consumers understand this. The negotiation now is all about finding the best vehicle for the money and the best folks to buy them from.
The American Made vehicles you see on our lot today are absolutely superior in quality. They are mostly domestic in content, and result in the employment of millions of Americans. Unlike foreign auto-manufacturers, the vast majority of money in the American Automobile Industry stays in America.
General Motors also has the most advanced vehicles on the planet. The way the vehicles are built is superior, the safety features are superior, and the over-all quality are often imitated and seldom matched.
Knowing that folks shop for the vehicle that fits their needs from the comfort of their own home, General Motors has gone to a simple pricing system that has very little mark-up to the dealers, and they add smaller rebates, rates, or other alternative incentives to assist in the sales of their vehicles.
Doan also understands these differences and principles, and as always, you get what you pay for. Our pre-owned vehicles are not likely to be the least expensive vehicles. Doan will not sacrifice quality for price, and educated consumers and our loyal customers understand and depend upon that ethic. Doan would rather invest in new tires, lower miles, or a top to bottom reconditioning to make absolutely sure that the product we present is worth every penny.
